Course Description: Physics
The 11-12th grade Physics course is designed to prepare students for the rigors of upper division science courses. It is an algebra-based course that challenges students to develop essential scientific and critical thinking skills through lectures, demonstrations and laboratory investigations. Topics covered in Physics include: kinematics, forces and motion, work and energy and simple harmonic motion.
Prerequisites: Passing grade in Math 2 Honors or Algebra 2
